Harmon’s Audio Visual is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Audio Visual Project Manager for our Fort Myers Office. The Project Manager is responsible for the management and production of live events taking place at various venues in Southwest Florida and beyond.

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with other members of Harmon’s sales & project management team in the planning and production of live events
• Work directly with clients during the event planning process to help determine the audio visual requirements of the event
• Act as the onsite contact for clients during the event
• Management of load-in, event staff and load-out
• Ability to act as a show caller/producer as needed
• Supervise technical staff onsite
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ Years Industry experience
• General working knowledge of Pro Audio, Video & Lighting equipment
• Proficient at Microsoft Office / PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with other team members
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy

Schedule:
- 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Nights and weekends as scheduled for events
